Wells Fargo does not know how to handle their loans. Not just this location either. My husband spent 4 days trying to pay off his truck because they were not clear about how he can pay it off. How do you have the owner of a vehicle standing in front of you with means to pay off his truck and you give him the run around? If you cannot complete the transaction with anything but cash, just say that? He wasted time to leave work and go down there to pay. DO NOT use this ATM machine for deposits. The machine will eat your checks and cash the workers have no way to access ATM as it is managed from an undisclosed 3rd party business . What a headache
