Gretta the grinch. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone of color. She lied saying she couldn’t access my account and withdrawal my funds. I went to the ATM MYSELF AND TOOK MY MONEY OUT. Having to do multiple transactions. Why was I inconvenienced and lied to? Then she gave out my info in front of other customers. Very very unprofessional. I can’t wait to write up my complaint with the BBB.
I really think this is very important at a time like this I’ve just moved in this area and for the pass five months I’ve been coming to this location to receive ten dollars in roll of quarters. Business Checking account was hacked months ago. Clear case of fraud with proof from local PD and FBI report showing multiple IP addresses accessing their platform at once and from different states. Fraud team at Wells Fargo claimed "the error was not on their end" and denied reimbursement of all stolen funds. This is a well known issue currently with Fraud and unathorized use of Zelle within their bank and they do NOT care! STAY AWAY FROM WELLS FARGO when entrusting your company funds with them!

Our business account was hacked and after 2 weeks with frozen accounts the bank would not recover funds. Your $$$ is not safe at WF.
