This bank is a thief. I had a savings account with them and they were charging me $10. I kept paying it until I told them I had no idea that I had to pay this fee every month. They told me that in order to avoid the charge I needed to keep $500 in the account, which I deposited. But surprise… they kept charging me the $10 from October through December. Then from January to March they increased it to $15. When I called them, they said that now I needed to keep $1,500 in the account to avoid the fee! They never let me know abo... read more
1/27/2026 10a.m. Tuesday morning, they are still not opened.... many people begining back to work but this lazy bankers not ready ... not good!
Every time they say they can’t do, Then, same thing get done from different branch. Bad experiences with this branch.
Over 20 minutes on the phone and waiting for a callback to get an answer to what one would assume would be a frequently asked question. Have already spoken to two people and now they are calling to get help.
