Over 20 minutes on the phone and waiting for a callback to get an answer to what one would assume would be a frequently asked question. Have already spoken to two people and now they are calling to get help.

I made an appointment at Westlake branch to discuss overdraft protection for one of multiple accounts. I came back 2.5 hours later for appointment, noting that I had a simple question and had another obligation to leave for a half hour after my appointment. I explained my question to clerk. WF had only one banker available for this question even though at least one more was around. The banker was delayed about 30 minutes with another customer so never got to me before I had to leave (or had another person answer my question.... read more
