Wells & Associates were sent out to my house to appraise the value of my home. They never asked any questions such as septic or sewer or when renovations were completed. They arbitrarily picked the information that they wanted. We live on a ski lake and they used properties from non ski lakes to assess my homes value. You cannot base the value of a home on a ski lake by using property on a non ski lake, it drastically lowers the value of the home on the ski lake. We just had an appraisal and the paperwork seemed rushed, there was about 4-5 inaccuracies on the report. Terrible company would never use again.
They have no idea what they are doing or talking about. Unprofessional and using their jobs to prevent businesses from growing.
