After hiring Jeff Wells and 6 months into the proceeding, He told me he couldn’t help me with my situation because my situation was a "little complicated". He said that he only work with easy cases and doesn’t not want work with this case. Why didn’t you tell me this before and save me the $30,000 he overcharged in fees? He refused to refund me the money - what kind of lawyer is this guy?? He is not a good lawyer. Thanks for wasting my time and money! I would not recommend you this lawyer to anyone.
Emily is a complete idiot and has no ethics to speak of. Do not trust her with your case.
Emily Jarvis is the laziest and most incompetent attorney that I have encountered. Expect your case to be full of mistakes and wrong filings. Please double and triple check every step. In our case, I rarely had a correct filing on the first try. I think either she's grossly incompetent or she does it on purpose to boost up her hours and fees (which is of dubious ethics). Just care about money, billed for unreasonable amount and dropped the ball on my case... Did not get the feeling that they care about client at all.
