I’ve had the pleasure of working with this community and have always been impressed. The team is attentive and the community is well-maintained and inviting.
The facility is beautiful, bright and clean. I was greeted by Saralyn when I walked in. She was amazing! It truly shows that she loves what she does and has heart for people. The residents seemed so happy and engaging. By far the best one I've seen and experience so far!
The caregivers in the memory care unit most of them are awful. They don’t care with compassion and kindness for their clients. I have witnessed that. Don’t bring your loved ones here because they will not be taking care with dignity and respect.
I'm grateful to be part of the WellQuest Menifee Lakes team. All staff members were very friendly and greet you as soon as you walk into the community, which contributes to a pleasant living environment. All staff members provide high-quality care and support the residents.
