I had an amazing experience at Wellness Mart! I came in for my health examination form and TB test, and the entire process was smooth, quick, and professional from start to finish. Was my first time going to WellnessMart and I had gone in for a walk in, it was super quick and very welcoming, shay the employee working was very kind
Nina was very helpful and welcoming at the clinic. She ensured that I was able to complete everything I had scheduled for my appointment and took the time to answer all of my questions. Throughout the physical and drug test, she made me feel comfortable and at ease.I would highly recommend this location and her assistance.
Nina and Lynsey were awesome! They were both very sweet and helpful - even though I showed up (twice) 10 minutes before closing (sorry ladies!). The whole experience was quick and easy and I would highly recommend Wellness Mart.
Might be time to update the information on the site and details section. Says you provide live scans. Today I was informed your location does not offer this service anymore. Drove 59 miles. Quite an inconvenient experience.
