im glad i was able to get an appointment quickly for a livescan and employment physical. however the office experience was not as professional as i expected. the staff seemed unorganized and could not find my order from my employer, and they did not complete all my forms. i received a phonecall from Indianapolis after i left, which i did not answer since i did not recognize the area code, but it turns out it was one of the staff members calling me to come back because there were some forms missing. when i came back they did ... read more
Most heartwarming staff ever. I got my blood drawn and became super ill during the process. The two nurses were there to take care of me in the best way possible. I highly recommend this place if you’re a nervous person and need extra care.
Cristina was great. She was friendly, kind, patient, and professional. I was treated well. Clean waiting area and rooms. The white modular counters that snap together like LEGOS was a little strange but funky. Waiting area is a little small. Wish they were cheaper or took my insurance but glad I was able to get in and out in under 30 minutes without an appointment. Thank you!
