At the moment I am standing outside of the springfield location for a second time at my 9:40 am appointment time, the office is supposed to open at 9 am, and the door is locked and nobody is answering phones. This is extremely frustrating as I had to go online to schedule this twice and this time slot was available. I can’t get a hold of anyone any time I call to explain why they were not there. Super frustrating and I won’t be trying to schedule any more appointments here.
