She will assure that you are getting the most out of your classroom time. If you have been wondering if yoga is for you, the first class is complimentary to those who are interested. Michelle is an amazing yoga instructor. She does a great job of meeting individual needs for her clients. Her MELT class has helped my fibromyalgia and plantar fasciitis. Her restorative yoga class is my favorite!
