I’ve had several massages over the years, and it’s become something I truly enjoy and consider an important form of self-care. I went to Wellness Within for a deep tissue massage because Amy was highly recommended. Amy lived up to the talk. She provided a relaxing atmosphere along with a massage that left my body feeling rejuvenated. If you're looking for a new massage therapist, Wellness Within is a good place to start and end your search.
Amy was great! I enjoyed the whole experience. My back has not felt this relaxed in a really long time. I will be back.
I had the most amazing experience with Brooke. I had the 120 minute Massage, Reiki & Soundbowls On-Body and “Bath”. It was wonderful and Brooke is amazing. So hard for me to relax and Brooke made me feel like a relaxed puddle just melting on the table!! I will definitely be a return client!!
I had the Reset Flow yesterday and, my word! It was like a religious experience...you start by letting go of all the crud through breath work and gentle touch. Brooke then does dry brushing, which is stimulating, and follows it with a hot towel. Essential oils and massage comes after. I smelled so good I didn't want to shower when I got home!
