Alexa is the absolute best! She is so kind, professional, knowledgeable, and she truly cares about you. She also has the unique offerings of ozone colonics and the ozone sauna, which you truly can’t find anywhere else in the twin cities. I have had colonics many times, and now that I met her, I won’t be going anywhere else! Her space is also so clean, warm, and inviting. I can’t recommend her enough!

Alexa and I trained in colonics together 20+ years ago. Colonics are still a part of my personal wellness practice, and she is my go-to for the most current information in cleansing. She provides quality in her services, has great resources for cleansing support, and her facility is top-notch. She is compassionate, caring, and has a great sense of humor to put you at ease. Any physician could safely refer a patient to her for palliative care.
Alexa is wonderful and the combination of Colon Hydrotherapy and Ozone treatments turned my gut health around for the better.
