Booked through my home warranty, CHW. Unorganized service. Kelly canceled appointment five minutes before his appointment time. Attempted to solidify an appointment time for our second appointment but they never fully confirmed or committed and gave me the run around. I had a bad gut feeling that the company did not have the customers best interest in mind so I canceled. Other reviews through other sites did not look promising either.
Set two appointments for Wellness Water & Air to come by and make a garbage disposal repair at my home through CHW and my landlord and no one showed up either time. First time they missed I called their office phone to see what was going on and no one picked up and couldn't leave a voicemail since they hadn't set it up. While waiting for them to show up for the second appointment, my landlord called the tech who he would be there in an hour and was still a no show.
