The driver was on time, professional and friendly. Would definitely use them again. Also, I got to talk with a real, live person and not an AI, when I called to make the appointment.
Great experience! The driver (Samantha) cared about the safety of my mom and I during the ride to and from the appointment. We were picked up on time and got to our appointment with enough time to spare. The return trip was just as timely with no issues. We will use Wellness Transport of Georgia whenever we need medical transport services.
Highly recommended! Have used their services twice for my wheelchair bound mother. First to transport her from the airport to Duluth. And secondly to a doctor's appointment taking advantage of the Stair Chair Lift service. Rides were on time, staff was professional, patient and friendly. I will definitely be booking them again in the future.
