I had my pregnancy massages with her and they were excellent. She also gave me recommendations on belts to use to support my belly; highly recommended.
Wellness Therapies is our best alternative for body care and recovery. Allesa is an excellent professional, and whenever we experience issues related to poor posture, physical activity, or simply accumulated fatigue, her sessions are truly restorative.
Really good Physio, I live pretty far away from the place, but it is actually worth it the 2 hours way to the consultation and therapy. What I liked the most was the honesty and the quality of the massage. I had had a really bad lower back pain and after the session it was all fixed
