I had a therapeutic massage with Dr. R. She uses advanced techniques and tools proven to increase blood flow and mobility and the results were evident! While the massage was outstanding her knowledge of the wellness space is encyclopedic and can diagnosis, perform or recommend the best treatments for optimal health.
Body maintenance work for any athlete is so important. Regular massage/cupping/scraping has made a difference in my training and recovery. I’m very happy I found Celeste and that I’m feeling better than I have in a long time!
