Nurse practitioner Gray at first I thought she was amazing, but now she just passes me off to other providers. She refers me for everything. I have found another PCP. But I cant do all this running from one doctor to the next. I found a provider that will cover my medications without going to 4 different doctors. Maybe she is afraid to make a medical decision. The wait time is ridiculous. Never busy when I get there but I wait in the room for at least an hour before the doctor comes in. And I always show up early.
I was able to get in and get seen in a timely manner. Staff was very kind.
