I never leave negative reivews but this experience was bad. It seemed like she was actively trying to avoid setting an appointment. I paid for the services up front through groupon (big mistake) and reached out to schedule a massage and it was impossible to set a date. She barely works 3 days a week and made little effort to set something up. She only responded with when she is not available and eventually stopped answering my requests entirely. She takes the time to understand what areas are causing pain so she can help achieve the results you are looking for with the massage. I went in having severe knee/hip pain and left completely relaxed. Highly skilled massage therapist!
