Hi, I wanted to share my recent experience at your massage place. Two days ago, I came in for a 15-minute dry neck massage followed by a 30-minute foot massage. I clearly explained this at the start, and the staff agreed. However, during the session, there seemed to be some misunderstanding — the therapist thought I only asked for 30 minutes total. My husband and I had an hour massage each and loved it! They knew what they were doing, identifying the knots and working them out. We left feeling so relaxed and ready for a nap. We’ll definitely be back!
I had lower back pain for several days after the massage, which shows how unprofessional the technique was. It felt like the therapist pressed on the wrong areas. I came to relax, but ended up in pain. Very disappointing — not recommended.
