This massage shop was truly a terrible experience. The massage techniques were extremely unprofessional, with clumsy movements and barely any pressure — it did nothing to relieve any discomfort. The service was cold and unfriendly, and the therapist showed no enthusiasm at all. The environment was even more disappointing: the room was basic, and the disposable bed sheets were never changed — wrinkled and with other people's hair on them. As a loyal customer of 5+ years, I was shocked and deeply disturbed by my recent experience. During what should have been a relaxing massage session, I was subjected to aggressive scolding from the male massage therapist - all because I hadn't specified a preference of masseuse before the booking. Disgusting. There is a 50s therapist lady who kept hurting my shoulder blades and spine during massages with poor massage skills on silm person and said I had scoliosis, urging me to buy chiropractic services. She said that although she was not certified as a chiropractor, she had learnt it from America and that I didn't know any better for not obeying her.
