The customer service was really bad, the first time I have been here, but the health insurance they have been claimed as standard fee instead of fist time, I asked them to refund the fee to me, but they said I never refund the money before, I try to ask for manager’s detail m, they said manager is not working. I haven’t sign the HICAPS receipt and not have service as well. But they charge me $17.

Terrible customer experience. I was told that the massage here is great so my mother in law went and agreed the massage was fine but the therapists were talking loudly the whole time. I thought it might not have been that bad, but it was worse. I booked for 9am and the door opened at 9.07 am which is fine but the staff were doing the washing in a bucket, talking loudly and moving boxes around. I requested a remedial massage and to say I am dissatisfied with the experience in an understatement. The therapist was coughing and sniffing the entire time (not an exaggeration) and even left the room to spit in the sink outside (which I could hear also). I was not asked if I was comfortable or if the pressure was adequate. I could hear all the noise from the cafe outside and the only thing seperating me from the public eye was a thin curtain.
