Went in today 19/03 for a 30 minute relaxation massage. Despite telling her twice to go softer i then sat up and asked if she was doing a relaxation and again to go soft. I walked out really sore. Ive been going there for nearly 7 years and the 2 I had before this one I could tell he was on his phone as he kept pausing and only used one hand to massage.
