I went to buy a gift certificate and I was unable to for two reasons: 1. Nobody speak English, not even a little. I still tried. 2. When I thought I was able to communicate what I need it, there answer was “no”. I was stumped, I just left. Don’t go to this place.
Every therapist I’ve had here has been amazing. I leave feeling balanced, relaxed, and cared for. Love it!
Took a friend to get a 60min massage, we both had a great experience. The deep tissue massage helped alleviate my back pain, and also left me feeling relaxed. I would recommend this place, because they really know what they are doing.
I also had a 90 min massage here. When I was leaving I gave a 15% tip (pre tax calc), then I was told the tip was too little by this lady who pushed for more tip, I ended up giving a bit more but was very uncomfortable with the approach. Tips are optional and not mandatory and I didn't know there was a minimum. The experience made me not want to come here again.
My coworker recommended I comes here as her mother, a massage therapist, goes here regularly. I've now been here twice, and had massages from two different people, and have been well taken care of both times. They can be a little rough, but if you say you want a "medium" massage, they listen to you. I will definitely be coming back and recommending to others!
