First I would like to say how wonderful Teresa is. She is very caring and you can really tell how much she is there to help each individual that is in her care. I am looking forward to trying each one of her specialties out. So far she has given me a raindrop massage. I am not sure how to describe it. You lay on your stomach and your back and she just works out the kinks in your spine. A little deeper than a normal massage. Not so much harder just focusing ON this spine.
