I can’t thank you enough. I’ve learned a lot from your classes, workshops, retreats and personal counselling. I’ve been to at least half a dozen counsellors and none of them hold a candle to you. Your ability to listen and provide guidance is outstanding. You’ve identified feelings in me that I sensed but was unable to name. You are amazing.

Have now had a couple reiki sessions with Leslie and I truly can’t get enough. I leave so happy and refreshed with a new insight to my life and way of thinking every single time, she offers so many great services and also many retreats. I’m so excited to attend my first one this September! 10/10 recommend giving it a try if you’re hesitant!

I attended a retreat with Wellness Defined and had an incredible experience. Leslie is an amazing instructor; she has such a warm heart and soul. I have tapped into myself- opened my heart, aligned my energy systems, raised my vibrations and stepped into my power. The Retreat Oct 13-16 2022 The sense of peace and belonging was incredible. It was a powerful unleashing, a release, a returning back home. The women were like family and immediately you felt like you were exactly where you were supposed to be. Leslie’s style of teaching is warm, encouraging as her words cut through like a knife and gets to the center of things. I recently attended Leslie’s Yoga and Meditation Retreat at The Sanctum Retreat Center in Caroline, Alberta. This was the 3rd retreat of Leslie’s I have attended and I continue to be impressed by my experiences. Leslie is knowledgeable, experienced and is a gifted facilitator. I think Leslie has the right balance of yoga, meditations, instructional time and down time for relaxing and getting the most out of her teachings.
