Our experience traveling with Wellness Counseling, Inc. to both South Africa and Panama was completely amazing! We loved the experiences, the community, and the ease of traveling to amazing places all while getting therapy CE's. On both trips, we experienced rest for our nervous systems, a reset for our therapy business, and connection with wonderful therapists. We left with our cups completely filled! We are looking forward to attending more retreats with Arilda. We highly recommend Wellness Counseling Inc.!
Panama was an incredible experience! From the picturesque setting to the delicious food-- and incredible staff and attendees-- Arilda created a beautiful container for connection, learning, and expansion. I appreciated the choice to spend afternoons relaxing or enjoying various creative or physical activities around the island. It was an excellent space to reflect, rest, and also try something new. I left feeling inspired and more deeply connected to myself, others, and nature. I can't wait to attend my next retreat!
Arilda Surridge has truly changed my life. I attended her retreat in Bali in 2025 and had an extremely positive experience. She invited me back this year as a speaker and I will also be presenting in Costa Rica and Panama later this year and Japan and Italy in 2027. Wellness Counseling Inc have hosted two therapist training retreats (which sold out on both ocassions) at our resort with another return retreat booked for next year. Arilda, who heads the retreats is very professional and organised which I am sure have helped to make it incredibly easy to bring her retreats to life. Several participants we spoke to said that they would be returning to her retreats in the future as they are the perfect opportunity to learn in a beautiful location.
