Good facilities, good staff, busiest on weekdays 4-7pm. Sometimes a few meatheads dropping weights and clanging machines but mostly good vibe. Covers spectrum of workout exercise options.
Get Healthy Now Fitness Center--Humana Gym--is the employee gym for UofL employees. It is free (with registration) for employees. However, they also sell memberships to community members and alumni. It underwent a large transformation years ago. They offer multiple classes daily, including spin, (yoga--for an additional fee), bootcamp, and many more. The staff is extremely friendly.
