As a bodyworker of 20 years, Alex is one of the few that I trust for massage. He is incredibly skilled and intuitive. I always leave feeling so much better and with an even deeper understanding of my own body. He’s one of the best.
Alex had me feeling 2inches taller after our session. I am a bodybuilder and lift 6x a week - Alex is very knowledgeable and knew just how to really loosen up tight muscles from lifting. We also worked on correcting my posture and he even recommended some stretches for me to do on my own at the gym. I walked out feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!
