I am giving 3 because I had 17 years with Dr Doug that were solid my typical wait was about 45 minutes and no issues with their service . This week I had a physical scheduled at 215 showed up at 220 and was told I’d have to re schedule because I actually needed to be there at 145 even though I have the same insurances etc.. Like many others who have psted negative reviews - Here's another one. I ignored the negative reviews and decided to schedule an appt anyway- BIG MISTAKE. After showing up for appt. and them wanting to run a gammot of unnecessary tests- I asked HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED? and they had no idea and stated it wasn't their problem. I NEVER received any services because I'm not going to agree to anything without knowing how much I'm EXPECTED to pay. THANK GOD I walked out.
