Why doesn’t anyone ever pick up the phone?
Don't waste your time with this clinic. They don't return calls. You have to go there in person to get any results. Very disapointed with their lack of communications and service.
I am giving 3 because I had 17 years with Dr Doug that were solid my typical wait was about 45 minutes and no issues with their service . This week I had a physical scheduled at 215 showed up at 220 and was told I’d have to re schedule because I actually needed to be there at 145 even though I have the same insurances etc.. I said I’d wait no big deal if that’s what it took . The rep then said they were too busy to take me because of my lack of punctuality and I had to reschedule .
