Rude and intrusive staff, for residents that want privacy the staff tells everyone what is going on with other residents. Totally shameful. Please do not subject your loved one to this place.
After a hospital stay I went for respite to Wellington West retirement home. I am very impressed with the decor, the large amount of activities, the chef designed meals. The staff were kind, helpful and very professional . I would recommend Wellington West retirement home for a short stay or extended stay.
I was given the opportunity to sample life at Wellington West Retirement residence and was overwhelmed with the friendliness of both the residents and the staff. The decor is lovely, the food excellent and there are programs throughout the day to appeal to most people. On a scale of 10 out of 10, I would certainly choose 10. Beverley Rowan
I want to thank everyone at Wellington West for the wonderful care I received during my stay after my knee surgery. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome, comfortable and supported. The Nurses, care staff and all team members were kind, patient and always willing to help. Their encouragement and cheerful attitude made my recovery so much easier. The meals were delicious, and the home had such a warm and peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Wellington West Retirement Home, a place to stay.
