I went to visit my dear friend and former college teacher at this facility today. I was treated kindly and was glad to see others who love my friend as much as I do. No they do not always get to the phone quickly, but they are with the people they "serve" and they are their first priority. Are they understaffed? Possibly. But isn't everything these days!

They NEVER answer the phone. Can't contact anyone abpout my aunt in their care. Not very impressed so far.
