It is difficult to find something positive to write about this home. After spending a considerable amount of time in the home with my family member who has now passed. The food is ok, the staffing is not good, not because the carers are not kind, they are doing the best they can. You can never find a registered nurse and when you do, they are unable to help, unsure if this is because they are not very qualified or do not care. The worst.
My mother was treated so bad she had two falls in the first day and needed stitches wasn't given her medication and wound up full of fluid had bruises on her hands and arms from being held while showering she died in weeks.
