I cannot say enough about the incredible team at Wellington House. It is truly a collective effort to create such a warm and welcoming environment. We are so grateful for the nursing and PSW staff who provide such compassionate care, but it doesn't stop there. I would keep this as my last option. The management could be better.
I have only visited this residence a few times and I've been impressed. It's kept very clean/ sanitary, the residents seem to be comfortable and have a variety of areas to socialize. The rooms are a decent size as well with windows to see the peaceful settings surrounding the property. The staff are extremely friendly and have a great rapport with not only the residents but visitors as well (including my therapy dog). They are responsive, attentive and positive.
