My 98 year old mother was at Wellington for close to 6 years. Ever since Senior Lifestyle took took over from Benchmark Senior Living Wellington went from a 5 star facility to a 1 star facility. Food got worst, work conditions got worst (just read the staff reviews on Indeed), they got rid of good, caring people. My mother died in there in early October 2020.
