Excellent service
We are into our sixth year here, we moved from Pennsylvania and rented on line sight unseen. We are very happy here and feel very secured. Dan is a terrific manager and always responds to maintenance requests timely. We would highly recomment Ashford Wellington .
The Wellington in San Marcos. What can I say but great things about living here. Been here about 4 years and management has changed once in that time. The manager Dan has an open door policy and welcomes anyone to come in to speak with him about any issues with their apartment. Or if we just need to have a conversation with someone. Most of us live alone and have no one to talk to. We have plenty of activities to entertain us. Movies, bingo,trips to the grocery stores. New people move in and fit right in with the rest of us.... read more
The Wellington Apartments value you after the lease is signed I've had a great experience with the property management Dan, Ashford Communities Property Management. The staff is friendly and helpful, always with a smile, and quick to complete maintenance requests. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and friendly place to live.
