Updated: Pros and cons as with anywhere. Trash and water services are high. Two trash/garbage charges from complex, one from city. Total just over $40. Water is split between other tenants. One person, one bathroom apartment runs close to $80 now which is almost as much as two people living in a 3-2 pay each month (been asking around). Electric seems to run at an average rate. Finally got a new A/C unit after numerous breakdowns. Cool again!
My dad just moved from California into Ashford Wellington apartments about two weeks ago. He had many concerns about the particulars of the apartment. All of them were unfounded. The apartment is lovely, clean, spacious, and quiet. It is conveniently located very close to shopping and restaurants.
