Great maintenance and upkeep on the grounds. Just re-surfaced walking track around complex. Grounds tended to weekly.
Moved in two months ago the best decision we have made. The apts. Are well designed and comfortable. Dan the manager is the best helpful and super friendly. Tony the maintence man is capable of most anything he keeps everything running smoothly. The grounds are well cared for the pool is always kept in pristine condition. So many great amenities you can keep as busy as you want. I cant say enough about our new home. Come join us. New update 1 one year later. Still love living at our beautiful community. Chris looked all over and around our stove/oven. He left and returned and told us that this style oven was designed to make the top hot to warm food on it. That didn’t help keep us from burning ourselves when we use the oven but I guess we know that it can’t be stopped. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. Management is caring and listens to resident’s needs and any concerns. Great place to live.
It’s been over 40 years since I lived in an apartment and I dreaded it. The noise, congestion, and feeling very vulnerable. When I decided it was time to bite the bullet and just go for it. I have a friend who is a Safety Officer and I had him go with me because I knew he’d see things differently than I.
