My experience here was disappointing and frustrating. Therapist sammy was unkind and dismissive, qualities you don’t want in someone you’re trusting to work with families. The space itself feels small and cramped, and the sessions often feel rushed. Parking is an absolute nightmare.
We have been with WPOT for a few years now and it has made such a remarkable difference for our child. Would definitely recommend WPOT for any families who are in need of OT.
The staffs are friendly and scheduling was easy. My son enjoyed working with Megan. They started each session with a "plan of the day" and ending it with "your choice" which provided motivation. Megan is very pleasant, informative and easy to work with. She also provided many recommendations that were helpful to carry over at home.
My child enjoyed the sessions, the therapist was just ok, rooms are small and cramped. Always feel rushed and sessions seem to be cut short for the next person. I got the sense this is the place where you settle if you cannot get into Koomar while talking to other parents in the waiting room. I feel like you can do better at other larger OT complexes. parking is awful and there's always a $25 late fee, even if you are merely 7 min late to a session!
