It’s unfortunate that your facility was very nice but staff members smelled like weed so did the room. Staff members also are not properly presentable in appearance , you’re dealing with people‘s children. You should definitely take more pride in your appearance. I’m not sure if you run background checks or do drug test but the smell of marijuana in your facility is a clear indication to stay away. . So I did not decide to enroll due to these issues
I was here when I was 4-5 years old, and now I am old enough to share my gripes with Knowledge Beginnings at Wellesley. I will not share specific details for the sake of privacy, and I have to be vague as to not share incorrect information because I am pulling from my oldest memories. I had what was in effect a communication disability. We love Knowledge Beginnings! We’ve had consistent, wonderful teachers for the infant classroom. Amy has been a great director and communicates very well with parents. Our baby is well cared for here. Highly recommend!
Both Mr. Zyon and Ms. Erin are wonderful. They are kind, fun, and communicative. They make it obvious that they genuinely love their jobs and the kids they work with. My daughter adores them both. The director Amy and assistant director Wen are equally amazing. I really appreciate the atmosphere of this daycare compared to any other my children have gone to. I feel comfortable and confident leaving my children in their care, as if I am leaving them with a family member.
Both of our children attend this center and we absolutely love it. The teachers and staff are incredible and our kids are well cared for. I can't imagine sending our kids anywhere else.
