I've been trying to reach Zack Brown (or at this point - anyone at this firm) for literally MONTHS via email and phone call. It seems like no one ever answers or replies to anything. I'm my mother's POA and am doing my best to help her, but I can see why her taxes always take forever. God willing, this will be the last year I have to deal with them.
