I have been a member of JSC since 2007, when I lived in Pasadena. Marta was extremely helpful and pleasant yesterday. I went during a quick break at our location ER and she help me get in and out fast! I just love all of those lovely people they have there.
More of a coffee shop than a financial building
From where should I start... This location and the staff are incredible. Lezah is terrific. She helped me throughout the entire process, especially with my auto loan, and made everything smooth and stress-free. She’s not only knowledgeable but also very patient and genuinely cares about helping her customers. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I visited Sienna Ranch today for some assistance with external transfer. The lady at the counter, Tonya Jones assisted me and was so nice and kind. I was happy she helped me. I love this bank.
