While the staff is friendly, they are not transparent about the accounts they push for you to open. I had requested to open a line of credit for only $500 and was SHOCKED when I received a notice that I had been declined because, once I received the explanation in the mail, they had tried to open a $5,000 line of credit for me. Outright lied to my face when I had explicitly stated I only wanted the smaller amount. Friendly staff and professional service! They even have a lobby area to utilize as a workspace. Highly recommend them as a credit union!
