Always friendly and very helpful
Horrible. Recently opened an account and started a transfer to deposit funds from an external bank. A few hours later my account is frozen pending fraud investigation, and they won’t tell me much of anything until the “investigation” is complete. This has never happened to me before with the dozens of banks I’ve used before. I wanted to use a CU but I guess this is why I’ve stayed away from them.
