Always friendly and very helpful
Horrible. Recently opened an account and started a transfer to deposit funds from an external bank. A few hours later my account is frozen pending fraud investigation, and they won’t tell me much of anything until the “investigation” is complete. This has never happened to me before with the dozens of banks I’ve used before. I wanted to use a CU but I guess this is why I’ve stayed away from them.
Decent experience. Some of the employees are not very knowledgeable whether you call them you receive inaccurate information about accounts or when you are in person at their branch sometimes simple things take a long time to complete. Any time I have called them about something you can expect to be on the phone for quite some time. Their credit and debit cards are just a shade of purple darker or lighter, making them hard to differentiate between when you have multiple accounts with them.
