Lady refused to attempt to verify my identity without id because “ there’s a lot of fraud going on” and I was not able to access my account. I will be switching banks. She claimed “nobody here knows you or recognizes you so we can’t do it without an id”

Every time I visit this branch, the doors are closed, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. I'm here for my wife’s business and considered becoming a member myself, but this environment is off-putting. A friendly presence in the lobby would make a difference. Additionally, I don’t understand why double parking is allowed; it discourages visits and gives a negative impression.
