Great staff
They charge a $10 “convenience” fee to pay your auto loan through the app. Had I known of this fee, I would have never refinanced my truck with Wellby. Other institutes I’ve had auto loans through would only charge a convenience fee if I called in to pay rather than paying through the app. The only way to get around paying an additional $10 a month is by driving to the branch and paying it in person.
I would give zero stars if possible. I have been to this branch several times and each time have been met with lukewarm customer service at best. That does not include the times that tellers have been rude and unhelpful. I will absolutely stop banking there once my business is complete.
