Dr. Kim is amazing! tl;dr - If you're in chronic pain, absolutely schedule a visit! I've been dealing with chronic acute shoulder pain for the last two years. I had tried just about everything - Chiropractors, cortisone injections, massage, KT tape, and more - and the orthopedist I had visited was leaning towards surgery, which I was hoping to avoid. I’m surprised she only has 16 reviews! I’d recommend Dr. Kim to anybody! She does amazing work. I believe seeing her helped heal my broken foot (better circulation, etc.), and her approach is very holistic — she won’t only treat your pain point, she’ll find the cause of the pain and help you heal. It’s her passion. I know I sound like an ad lol, but I’m not, I’m just someone who can’t stop raving about her
The front desk staff I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. She wouldn’t listen, constantly talked over me, and wouldn’t let me finish a single sentence. For a wellness center that’s supposed to help patients feel supported and reduce stress, the experience was the complete opposite. I left the call feeling stressed and unheard. Very disappointing, and I would not recommend wasting your time here.
Amazing staff. Severe neck pain for a long time and I’m only now seeing relief when I start my day. First time doing acupuncture and I’m sold for life. Been going every week for a couple months. They really want to help you out here! Lydia is a magician
I’ve been working with Dr. Kim for shoulder/neck pain and she has helped me so much! She takes her time to figure out what is wrong and create the appropriate treatment plan. It’s also such a relaxing experience! Now that my shoulder / neck is healed, I’m going to start going to her for my hip. Highly recommend if you’re in pain!
