What an amazing experience with Dr Joshua, having recently moved to Melbourne I have tried several Chiropractors but they’ve been like sausage factories, no privacy working on two patients at a time in the same room with other waiting watching - very uncomfortable. Dr Joshua sat with me in a private explained everything went through my history in great detail and did some manipulations I have had before. Been going for awhile. Has helped fix my neck and back which has improved my posture, feel good again. Great that it's local.
Very disappointing experience. Over the phone, I was told that the appointment would take around 40 minutes treatment, but in reality it was only 5 minutes of interview and 15 minutes of laser therapy, and that was only on one leg. This is not what I was promised. It also felt like the focus was more on selling expensive treatment plans rather than actually helping the patient.
