Our company briefly launched a wellness program with Wellable and it ended up being a nightmare. The app asks for fairly aggressive data sharing permissions, and some of our employees were uncomfortable providing this and opted not to join. Fair, except these employees could not even delete their own accounts that they had just created. Instead they had to contact our company admins (awkward) or Wellable (awkward and time consuming). Had a terrible experience. Couldn’t get the site to work. Implementations team failed and then they threatened to sue if we didn’t pay the implementation fee when they didn’t complete the work.
