Well-Spring is a lavish retirement community. Its residents appear to be largely upper-middle class folks. Accommodations are well designed and comfortable, as they should be for people who are retired and enjoying their senior years. Their main campus restaurant is certainly a cut above. No respected retirement community is inexpensive, and Well-Spring is at the upper end of the spectrum. But you get what you pay for in a home, or a car, or a retirement community. Simple as that.
Have lived here for eight years and have loved every minute of it.
