My experience at Well Room has been fantastic! The staff is exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. They’ve have always answered all of my questions and made my experience feel entirely safe. I am very satisfied with my results!
Laura, an injector trainer, did a fabulous job with my injections. I have had comments from close friends about my eyes being brighter and more open. Additionally, I had a spray tan from them and IV therapy, that was well thought out and executed at high standards. This is a little treasure in Charlottesville!
I had mixed experiences at Well Room. I enjoyed facials with Libby, but left disappointed with my Morpheus experience with Megan. The Morpheus treatment was strongly recommended by Megan during a facial balancing consultation, and I completed a 3-session package because I trusted Megan’s recommendation. I love the Well Room! I would describe myself as medically complex, and I'm an IV therapy connoisseur. Well Room always gets it right. The staff is friendly, they make sure I'm comfortable (thanks for the hot tea and blankets!), and I've never had a missed stick here. I unexpectedly had to bring my 5yr old daughter along to my last appointment, and I appreciated that Shannon was super sweet to her.
