I used this tax agent and booked an appointment online on 29/08/2025. He didn’t answer my calls or messages for a long time. After trying many times, he finally replied on 10/09/2025 and asked for my documents, which I sent straight away. He told me to call after 8 p.m., but again he didn’t answer until 24/09/2025. I paid him in full, but he never lodged my tax return and didn’t transfer my refund either. Very unprofessional and poor communication. I wouldn’t recommend this agent at all.
