If you came here for pickup 8 to 10 hours waiting for everyone I checked in 2:00pm and got door next day 1:00am in early morning no parking you have to park your truck on road sidewalk and walk to sipping office for Chekin 🤡
If you have to pick up here at least 24 hours loading. They have only 4 docks checked in at 11:00 am and from 1 pm (22 trucks in front) to 8 pm they loaded or they claimed they only loaded 7 trucks… and 15 more in front … BS company!
Pack a lunch/dinner and breakfast if you are loading at this place!!! I have been in the produce industry for many years and understand the “hurry up and wait” concept, but this place takes it to a whole new level. The facility is nice, clean, and organized and the staff are pleasant but the entire field-to-trailer process takes forever. To make matters worse it seems that these things always happen with a shipper that is only giving you one or two pallets. Check in 2.00 pm 10 to 12 truck in waiting already for pick up get call for door 5.00 AM . 6.00 AM out 11 hour waiting for pick up they only have 3 dock . To much waiting time
