Our experience started off relatively well, however, progressively got worse. Attention to detail isn't high on the "to-do" list apparently and calling in sick at the last minute, happens frequently, with no repercussions, even though if an ndis client is sick or can't attend for whatever reason and doesn't allow 24/48 hours notice they get charged full price. This cancellation "policy" does happen with almost every ndis establishment though, unfortunately.
If you want a permanent stuff around these are the one for you.
WLS provides an exceptional level of support for my Wife, backed with a very positive and helpful culture. I highly recommend their services.
