My son has been doing play therapy with Brooke at Well Life Services for about 6 months. She was the only play therapist I found willing to engage with a 4 year old. She has been absolutely wonderful and my son always looks forward to his sessions. They have been a great outlet for him and beneficial to his wellbeing. Been very happy with our experience here :)

Our experience started off relatively well, however, progressively got worse. Attention to detail isn't high on the "to-do" list apparently and calling in sick at the last minute, happens frequently, with no repercussions, even though if an ndis client is sick or can't attend for whatever reason and doesn't allow 24/48 hours notice they get charged full price. This cancellation "policy" does happen with almost every ndis establishment though, unfortunately.
