Tried to call to book an appointment and the call went straight to voicemail, which is no issue. The issue I had was the voicemail I got in return calling me a nasty name. I’m not sure if the owner meant to call someone else. However extremely unprofessional and definitely will not be booking any appointments here.
Kathy and staff are absolutely amazing! Well in Montclair is everything a physical therapy place should be plus plus plus. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place.
I must say that the acupuncture treatment I am receiving from Alicia is nothing short of a "miracle." The staff are friendly, professional and very accommodating. Im grateful for Alicia, because she knows her stuff. If you have pain, I urge you to book an appointment at Well n Montclair.
