Need to work on communication with patients and other employees. Anytime I call I get voicemail and they often get ignored or apparently deleted.
Glad to have this gem of a spot in our little town, and Alika is a wonderful, professional RMT that always relieves my chronic pain issues weekly.
Every treatment I received was fantastic but the poor operations of the Clinic unfortunately over-shadowed this. Almost every treatment was late starting, there was no flow or communication between the therapists, I had an appointment cancelled last minute, and my most recent visit was so loud and noisy - I heard staff talking and laughing with each other in the hallway, the wash machine made the whole wall vibrate, and heard the laundry being transferred from washer to dryer, doors banging and all. One of the best things you can do for your self or a loved one is to get the Rosemary Hot Oil Scalp Massage. This wonderful treatment melted each layer of stress away. Glad to have found Alika at WBMT as she provides great treatment and thoughtfulness through her sessions. You have to schedule in advance if you are particular with timing for your appointments but the wait is worth it. Highly recommend!
